Payment terms
These draft terms describe invoices, deadlines and the development checkout placeholder.
Invoice formation
After all event lots close, each winner receives one consolidated invoice containing frozen hammer, buyer premium, tax and total line amounts. Corrections use auditable void or credit-note records.
Payment deadline
Unless an event states otherwise, payment is due within 48 hours of invoice issue. Event-specific deadlines, currency, buyer premium and tax are shown before bidding.
Development checkout
The current success, decline and cancel simulator moves no money and is marked DEVELOPMENT — NOT FOR PAYMENT. Production real-money launch requires an approved payment provider and webhook process.
Overdue and failed payment
Failed attempts do not change the amount due. Final overdue remedies, refunds, chargebacks, taxes and restricted-goods rules require operator and legal approval before launch.
