Privacy notice
This draft explains how AuctionPro handles bidder and marketplace data.
Information we collect
We collect registration identifiers, verified contact details, billing address, accepted terms, session and security records, watchlists, bids, invoices, payment status and support communications. Private proxy maxima and legal identities are not public.
How information is used
Data is used to secure accounts, establish eligibility, operate auctions, settle lots, issue invoices, prevent abuse, provide support and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell bidder profiles.
Sharing and processors
Necessary data may be processed by infrastructure, email, object-storage, observability and future payment providers under contractual safeguards. Public results use an event-specific masked bidder alias.
Retention and your choices
Account data can be corrected through support. Deletion requests are fulfilled through anonymisation where immutable bid, invoice, audit or legal records must be retained. Final retention periods will be approved before launch.
Security and contact
AuctionPro uses access controls, encrypted transport, rotating sessions, audit trails and monitoring. No system is risk-free; suspected account misuse should be reported immediately through support.
