Platform terms

These draft terms govern bidder accounts and use of the AuctionPro marketplace.

Account responsibility

You must provide accurate legal and contact information, protect your credentials, use only your own account and promptly report suspected compromise. You remain responsible for accepted activity until access is revoked.

Permitted use

You may browse listings and bid for lawful purposes. Scraping that degrades service, collusion, shill bidding, interference, credential sharing, false information and attempts to bypass security or rate limits are prohibited.

Marketplace information

Lot information is based on the reviewed auction snapshot. Bidders must inspect available material and make independent decisions. Errors may be corrected before bidding starts; material live changes require notice and audit.

Suspension and cancellation

AuctionPro may suspend accounts or pause/cancel events to protect fairness, comply with law or respond to technical failure. Committed bid and financial records remain preserved.

Liability and governing terms

Final liability limits, jurisdiction, consumer rights, dispute process and operator identity require counsel approval and will be inserted before public launch.
